The Process

Creating your Pet’s Memory Casting is as easy as 1, 2, 3!


1)    Call one of our Certified Memory Casters in your area to book a casting appointment. These are generally fabulous veterinarians who have been trained and tested in the art of casting your pet. The clinic staff will ask you some questions so they can prepare for your visit.

2)    At your appointment you will choose the colours and layout for your Memory Casting display. We offer Medallion and Framed options.

Next, your pet’s paw will be trimmed of long fur and rubbed with vegetable oil. It will then be held in a container of dental alginate for about 45 seconds. His paw will then be removed from the mold and rinsed off.

3)    In approximately four weeks the veterinarian will call you into the office to pick up your Memory Casting to enjoy!
